Question Fatal error when uploading

Before my ISP installed JHEAD, there was no problem uploading pictures. After JHEAD installed, I've tried to upload one picture with EXIF information to see whether the EXIF info showed up but instead I get these erorr:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 800 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/chip.co.id/httpdocs/gallery/image-inc.php on line 112

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 43 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/chip.co.id/httpdocs/forum/includes/functions.php on line 478

I'm not sure it's because of JHEAD but I'm sure before that uploading was OK.
I've rechecked the Usergroup editor and make sure that the disk space limit & the upload file size were not the issue.

What seems to be the problem?

Well thats PHP error the image is exhausting all available php memory so it fails.

You using GD or Imagemagick?

Have you verified the path to jhead? If you turn off jhead extraction does the photo upload fine?

I'm using GD2. But now appearently after I've tried to upload smaller picture with EXIF info, it was OK. Check this out http://www.chip.co.id/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=13

I'm not sure what was the problem. Later I will try to turn of JHEAD extraction & see what will happen. Will try to upload bigger picture as well. Thanks omegatron!

BTW, to show this EXIF info is my last step before we open the photopost gallery to public. I can't wait to do that

You do not have permission to view this image. Set the category permissions for the cat that photo is in
