Installation Service

I just purchased photopost pro and the Installation service (2nd invoice) last evening.

How long before I can expect a reply? If you did already, by email, maybe my email server 'ate' it, won't be the first time... so I'm asking here...

I tried installing but ran into a snag. It appears to have loaded the photopost table into the MySql database, but croaked on an SQL query

MySQL error reported!
Script: install
Query: SELECT group_id,group_name FROM groups WHERE group_type=2 OR group_single_user=0
Result: Table 'photopost.groups' doesn't exist
Database handle: Resource id #11

What next?

We responded to your support email that you opened up. Any installation contracts purchased you should have recieved an installation contract to list the information we need and that needs to be sent back

Looking at that error you sure you entered all the proper database information and table prefix's when you installed? Looks to me like you did not enter the proper information.

Thanks for the quick reply. I never got the email. I got the receipt from the Yahoo store though.

Here is some of the order info, can I get that installation contract sent again?

Let me clarify that I DID get the download information for photopost pro, earlier in the day, from sales@photopost.com but nothing with the installation contract info...

Okay well you never got my response to your email support either. Interesting please check your trash bin again. I just emailed her to send you an installation document again so you should get another email from sales.

Still no emails.... but....

You fixed it... your suggestion that the table's prefix was bad, was it. I redid the install and it finished without errors. You are good!...

Now I have to learn to administrate it...
