Integrate with vB3 forum: Total newbie

Hello,

I'm trying to integrate vB3 and photopost. I'm using the MOD to show in forum homepage the featured images and the categories but I want that the registration in the forum is the same for the photopost (now my users have to register in forums and in photopost).

I filled the fields in "Edit config" with the data of the forum Database (the Photopost and the forum use the same database). But nothing changes. Where is the option to unify the registration?

What can I do to unify the registration? My idea is to create diferent usergroups and that every usergroup with its permissions. It is possible? I see it in photopostdev but I haven't found how to do it.

Thanks in advance

Did you select VB3 integration when you installed Photopost?

Are your cookie settings the same between VB and Photopost per the VB3 integration FAQ thread which is sticky on the top of the photopost installation forum?

No, but it isn't possible to change this now? Or I have to reinstall Photopost from zero?

You can change it to VB3 by changing all the config information and the integration type and table prefix etc in the database

However all your prior photos will be not owned correctly as everything is assigned by userid. Your vb userid's are different than photopost so how is our program suppose to know what photos belong to what user?

This is why it is suggested to do this from the beginning
