Unable to download photopost

I just bought a license and went through entering the username & password that was emailed to me.

I am unable to download the software because I keep getting this message :

"Unauthorized. If you are running a firewall such as Norton Internet Security or Zonealarm, please temporarily disable it, return to the members area, and click the download link again."

I do not have firewalls enabled.

I have tried using firefox and exploder to no avail. The browser have cookies enabled. Can Somebody give me an URL to directly download from or a ftp server or something?

Ok, now I have tried to download the software on 3 different computers and I still can't download. Either I get an error message or the enter password screen keeps appearing even though I entered my password

I have tried to download using the link you provided in the email you sent to no avail.

I have followed the instructions provided. I have even tried using several different browsers, different PCs, and even tried to download using EXPLORER on a mac with no luck. Your entry page keeps defaulting back to a "forgot password" page on explorer, or to an error message with firefox.

Please provide me the appropriate download link, a link to download this software by ftp, or refund me my money.

Please refrain from using two methods of support. You will not get help any quicker. I have replied to your support email.

I was able to download your software fine and try the information I have sent you and make sure you are not mistyping anything and disable any firewalls.
