error during install

this is my error messages:

You have not set your path to photopost on the initial install

Edit your config file and change the pp_path

$PP_PATH="/home/pkyicom0/public_html/gallery";

that fixed it, but now this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagegif() in /home/pkyicom0/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 117

Your using GD which doesnot support gif uploads. By default we do not have gif images as a supported type. You must have added .gif to the allowed images types. You can only do this is your using imagemagick
