What is your VB3 mysql table prefix for Vbulletin?
Is it vb3_

Obviously there is one of two things wrong here. You have either the wrong prefix or the wrong database selected

Well view your vbulletin config file in the includes directory of your forum and see what it has listed as the table prefix

Is ontariodiving the database in which the VB tables reside? If not then you have specified the wrong database for the forum in the first step of the install

exactly you answered your own question and mine.

You told the install program VB exists in the same database as photopost. Rerun install and enter the proper database info for the Board database

// Prefix that your vBulletin tables have in the database.
// For example: $tableprefix = 'vb3_';
$tableprefix = '';

// Prefix that all vBulletin cookies will have
// For example
$cookieprefix = 'bb';

YES and you answered my question and yours. Look at your config info you posted above. Your telling me VB3 exists in ontariodivingpics and Photopost exists in ontdivepics

However your copy and paste of of the tables below prove the opposite

+-----------------------------+
Tables_in_ontariodivingpics
+-----------------------------+
admingroups
admlog
categories
comments
ecards
exif
favorites
ipcache
iponline
laston
notify
photos
settings
sort
sortmemb
usergroups
users
+-----------------------------+
(table in the photopost database)

The information your providing is backwards from the way it is suppose to be. Your VB3 exists in ontdivepics because it sure does not exist in the database your telling me. So go view the database your telling me from your config file has photopost ontdivepics and you will most likely see your VB tables.

What you need to go is swap the database info in your config if this is the case
