Install Problem

On Step 3 I'm getting this

any ideas?

ok scratch that, I have it installed, but cant log in to photo post.

I've checked and cookie settings for photo post and vb3 are the same

cookie prefix was left blanked, changed to bb

Ok well heres a new problem...

safe mode was on when I set up everything, and I just turned it off. And now all photopost files have a 500 internal server error http://www.rapcheck.com/galleries/
