How to Move to New Server?

I want to move my Photopost website to my new cpanel dedicated server but i'm not sure of the steps involved?

I'm guessing this may be the correct way:
1 - Close the Photopost Board in Admin Edit Config.
2 - Backup mysql structure and data in phpmyadmin.
3 - Upload data folder onto new server.
4 - ???

What next i'm not sure?

1 - Close the Photopost Board in Admin Edit Config.
2 - Backup mysql structure and data in phpmyadmin.
3 - Backup photopost directory using FTP.
4 - Upload photopost folder onto new server.
5 - Restore mysql database onto new server
6 - Update Photopost config file to reflect new server path in $PP_PATH and any new mysql database connection settings.
7 - Edit photopost admin options settings to reflect new server path to uploads and data directories
8 - Turn Photopost On
