Can't figure out ImageMagick

I can get PhotoPost installed (heck I can even install V-Bulletin and Zen Cart), but I can't figure out ImageMagick...the instructions seem very vague...anyone want to help me? I'll pay! LOL I just would love some simple instructions to help me understand it so I don't have to ask or pay again. Thanks in advance!!!!
