"Duplicate Entry" Errors when running upgrade47.php

I am getting the following errors when running the upgrade47.php script. I started with a 4.1 installation and proceeded to run the following upgrade scripts in this order: upgrade41.php, upgrade45.php, upgrade46.php, upgrade467.php, and then upgrade47.php. The previous scripts were successful. Anyone have any ideas what is causing this?

Did you run the script twice?

Does Photopost load fine when you go to the index?

When you are in the admin section do the new sidebar settings appear in the admin options?

Usually you can ignore duplicate errors as it is just telling you that you have ran the upgrade before
