Per the upgrade instructions copy the upgrade files to the main photopost directory and run upgrade46.php upgrade467.php and upgrade47.php

and have you altered any files? Thats the only way I would see you getting a parse error? unless your ftp program has corrupted something

What is this parse error?

Nope nothing we can do on our side. Sorry. I am not permitted to touch your server unless you have purchased an install or upgrade.

Installation or Upgrades are one time services. If you wanted us to upgrade you then you would need to purchase an upgrade service.

I would try another ftp program and also redownload the distribution. There are no errors on our end and your files are getting corrupted either by what you are unzipping with or ftping with to your server.

You can try winzip for zip files if your not using it and Filezilla is a great little free ftp program from http://www.mozilla.org

Warning: main(config-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fhlinux195/t/tcfcrew.co.uk/user/htdocs/photopost/pp-inc.php on line 54

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config-inc.php' (include_path='.') in /home/fhlinux195/t/tcfcrew.co.uk/user/htdocs/photopost/pp-inc.php on line 54

it seems i have destroyed a perfectly working website all because of this upgrade problem so can you inform me of what you charge to have this problem sorted.

You have overwritten your config-inc.php file which the upgrade instructions tell you never to do.

Place a backup you have of config-inc.php back to the photopost directory

I would do this first or edit your config and reenter all the correct info. If not then..

I beleive you would need to purchase an installation. Upgrade purchases only place new files over a working install. If we are to solve issues with an install that is not working you would need to purchase an install.

If you have overwritten your config file from what I see when I posted 3 months ago.

If this is the case you would need to purchase an installation not an upgrade as we would need to go through and do the same steps of an install only not install the database tables. Upgrades are for copying new files overtop a working installation not fixing non-working installs

You can purchase in on this site
