MANAGE PHOTOS - but where?
(4.8.1)MANAGE PHOTOS option for user to move/delete images in bulk (if allowed)

In admin options
Allow users to move/delete their own images? SET TO YES
Then when they click profile like the rest of the admin functions for their stuff like notifications etc they will have a manage photos link.
