dcfp_auth_lib.php error during installation

i'm getting an error that i could use some advice on. i get

Warning: main(c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/dc/dcsetup.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/george/public_html/photopost/dcfp_auth_lib.php on line 34

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/dc/dcsetup.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/george/public_html/photopost/dcfp_auth_lib.php on line 34

i'm trying to integrate with dcforum on a different server. please let me know what additional information you might need to help me. thanks.

Does that exist? That path?

Looks to me like you have not specified the path to dcsetup.exe in the required library file
