Looking for upgrade script upgrade310.php

Ok, I tried to upgrade from PP Pro 3.1.0 to 4.8.1 - it was horrible but in the end I managed to see a least the PP pages with some errors and in an awful style... I will check this later, hope to solve that.

But, this was only a test with a local dummy site - good decision to do so! When upgrading, first thing was that the upgrade310.php script is NOT inlcuded in the 4.8.1.zip - could someone please point me to a location where I get this script?

Since I did not have that script I tried without and started with the 3.1.1 - as told I managed it somehow but at few scripts, e.g. the 4.7, there where SQL errors like "ALTER ... DROP INDEX failed...". So maybe this is because I started without the 3.1.0 script.

Please, let me know where I can that script.
