From 4.8d to 4.8.1

Do I need to run upgrade or is it just a case of file uploads?

Okay...sounds like it's time for another upgrade..hehe

I see what you're saying that all the files listed in the 4.8.1 section would need to be uploaded, but there is a file or two listed in the 4.8.e section that are not listed under 4.8.1 - forums/ib2.php (new file) for example.

Now...I just want to be clear that in order to jump from 4.8.d to 4.8.1...I should download the package, upload everything that's listed as changed in 4.8.e., and then upload all the files listed in 4.8.1., which would be okay if there were no duplicates (and oh..but there is), and in which case it would just be a matter of sorting between the two levels of upgrades and picking out which files I need in order to get them all.

It's late here, but if there is an easier softer way to pull that off..the would ya please advise?

Illuvatar123 - I just uploaded all files and it worked find (4.8d - 4.81)

Michael - Not blind I did see that bold text, trouble was it was only under the 4.8.1 section, so read that as to upgrade from 4.8e to 4.8.1 there was not DB changes. As reading the other section it says it again in 4.8c but not in 4.8e.

If was just a little check Question as the readme was unclear unless you were using 4.8e
