Help!

I recently have gotten photopost and having a few problems. When an admin uploads a photo it goes up with no problem. When a norml user tries to upload after they hit process files an error comes up and says "cannot find the directory". The user is choosing the correct category and everything. Anyone got any suggestions?

The specific error message would be helpful.

Sounds like a permissions problem. Make sure your /data directory is set to 0777
