No Admin Options

I just installed PhotoPost and I am trying to integrate it with VB3. However when I log in using my admin user/password it takes me to the main /index.php of photopost and there are no options to upload pics or modify settings.

I searched and found where I should check to see if Administrators group was 6 I verify that groupid = 6, groupname=Administrators, and cpaccess = 3 (I even changed it to 1 for kicks and nothing changed).

Something else I noticed.

When I login at the bottom it says

Statistics
Users: 1,121
Photos: 0
Comments: 0
Views: 0
Disk Space: 0.0mb
Users browsing the gallery: 1 unregistered user

However, when I logon it says logging you on the splash screen thing and then takes me to main page, if I enter an invalid password it tells me so. So I know it is looking up passwords right but its not keeping my login???

Ok I got it, I added a prefix to the cookie.
