4.8d Fresh install - Cant login

Hi all

Just installed 4.8d fresh. However, Im having a problem logging in. Ive integrated with my exsiting vB3 and when i try logging in, it logs me in ok, but then i get the main page which says, the gallery is temp down for maintenance.

Few things:

- When logged in, the links in the top right still say, register and login. Hmm, surely thats not right. Im registered and dont need to log in.

- I think this is some kind of permission issue as its showing as though im a normal member because when i did install the board, i choose for it to be turned off which is why i see the message about the gallery being down. Surely the admin should see an admin menu or something. I just cant progress from there.

Any ideas?

A quick search here will pull up hundreds of threads on this subject.

It's always one of the following:
cookie_prefix
cookie_domain
cookie_path
vb3 license

Make sure you've entered your license number, not your customer number.

Make sure your prefix is correct, VB by default uses "bb" for a cookie prefix.

You can view your current cookie settings in the config-inc.php file in your PhotoPost directory.

Yeah, sorry, I panicked there. It was the bb prefix which I needed to add in. However, I dont remember seeing it on the install page. Im sure it was, must have missed it.

Thanks anyway.
