user thumbnail not showing.

I attemped to:

• reuploading the image

and neither of these resolved the issue... the large image is there but the thumbnail is not showing... and it's only for this user at this particular moment of posting. Two other member thumbnails are acutally showing to the left and right of the image... the user gallery in question is here:
