Avatar problems

Unsure where to look for this setting but avatars coming up a X.. must have a pth wrong somewhere as the url is http://www.hibeesbounce.com/home/vir...ums/image.php?

any idea's where i change this??

also..... when I click on "PM" get a 404 error

possible in the config file??

It looks like you've set your URL to your forum improperly (in Admin Options). You are using a PATH and not the URL.
