Header Not Displaying

In my Admin panel I have specified a Header file to be displayed. This will show the sites nav bar. It just doesn't appear.

I have tried adding the same file as a Footer file and it does appear.

Example http://galleries.photographers.co.uk/index.php Here you can see it appears as a footer, but not as a Header.

Any ideas?

Path isn't correct

You probably don't have the correct path to your header and footer file. Check it closely and be sure it matches.

Have you Upgraded to 4.8d and see if you have this issue? Your thumbnails are huge is your image processor working?

Hi Omegatron

I've only just bought Photopost and had it loaded by my ISP about a week ago. Has 4.8d come out in that time? If so how do I download it and install it. Sorry but I'm new to Photopost.

I've added another entry about Image Magick and the size of my thumbnails. It doesn't look like its working. It is all under the control of my ISP I'm afraid. Do I need to go back to them or is it likely to be a Photopost problem?

Your Image Processor is totally a server issue.

As far as downloading 4.8d just sign in to the Photopost members area and download the latest one. There are upgrade instructions.

Basically you want to overwrite everything except the config-inc.php,header,htm,footer.htm and header-inc.php if your using it.

So unzip the file photopost48d.zip on your hard drive after downloading say to a directory gallery. Delete the following 4 files from the distroibution so you do not overwrite your good files on the server. FTP to your server and upload the new photopost files to the one on the server overwriting the files. Remember you have already deleted on your hard drive any files that would cause a problem so your good to go. Once finished you should be up to 4.8d

If your savvy enough with FTP to just read the changedfiles.txt in the documentation folder you can upload just the changed files
