Reported last week that my header file does not show up. As yet no solution suggested by you.

http://galleries.photographers.co.uk . At the moment the same header and footer are set up, but only the footer shows.
A couple more points
Changed the color scheme to dark. Now the text doesn't show up on screens. Example is the registration screen. Is there something else I need to change.

Doesn't appear to be resizing image to a maximum 500 pixels per side or creating a thumbnail. Example also at:

Any help is really apprecaited.
