Support..

Well, a sign of recognition would already do some good. After all, this is a support (Bug Report) forum. I paid some good money and would like to know, why it gives me the error!!

I don't think this is an actual bug, it may be some kind of spider on your site which is causing the messages. Is anyone uploading images or is this for every upload attempt?

SQL Error

I dont think so..
I am not the SQL specialist, but there are actually several different Messages, that i get every time i access the database, not just uploads.
And all of them refer to this:

The query returned with an errorcode of:

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND userid=1' at line 1

I will be more then happy to provide you with admin rights per pm, so you can see for yourself.

SQL Error

Well, it is now 3 days with a error referring to the sql syntax. The thread got moved and Michael P suggested it might be a spider, causing this issue.
A spider, causing sql syntax errors?? I checked logs, no spiders around, only a user browsing the pics.

I can tell you, the vbulletin support gets your problems fixed or at least responds adequately within max 2 hours.
The same with phpPortals. That is great Support! Two Thumbs up!

But the support here, for a commercial product?! It is very disappointing.

The SQL syntax may be being caused by something using PhotoPost outside of its normal use.

Can you replicate the error in your browser? If so, please provide a link to the page.

[5 minutes, how'z that? As you can see, this is a very active forum]

It is not in the browser! I get the errror reports via email. There is no Error visible for the user! I sent you actually a PM yesterday with access infos to try it yourself. Just change the email temporarly and browse the gallery. You will see the emails coming in...

[busy, yes, but not as busy as the vb and phpportals forum, you still deserve your 5 mins]

If there are no errors in the browser and everything is operating as expected, I'm not sure what would be producing the errors except a spider of some sort.

I believe the only line that could produce the "id.bigimage.cat..." error would be in showphoto.php and the line doesn't match what is in my 4.8d as it would have quotes around the userid (are you sure your files are up to date?)

I believe the other error is also sent my showphoto.php; but I believe this may be a spider calling addfav.php without a variable as it is trying to spider the page.
