Getting Started Problems

A few quick questions.

1. I can't get my header file to show. Strange but true I can include it as a footer and it shows.

2. I would like to set a maximum storage level per user of 10mb, but I can't see where to enter it.

3. I have set the maximum number of pixels per side to 500
(Max allowable image width in pixels and Max allowable image height in pixels) but it lets me upload an image that is much larger.

Hopefully these are all straightforward to solve.

1. What happens when you try to use it as a header?

3. You can upload an image larger than your limit, but it will be scaled down to the limit.

When I use it as a header it just doesn't appear. At the moment it is set up to appear as both a header and a footer. As you can see only the footer appears.
