Just noticed upgrade problem

I have had users that have never used PP before saying they can't upload photos
I have noticed that some users that were in the member gallery before have disapeared from the member gallery but they have photos in VB3 using the img tag so they still have a gallery I just can see it

We upgraded from 4.7j to 4.8c
any ideas?
when I created a test account and loged in and did a upload got some error in the image-inc on line 34
Did I not do the upgrade right?

You posts here is find of vague.

You would need to post the exact error your having.

Judging by the line number of image-inc I am going to guess this is definately a permissions error.

Check your uploads and data directories as well as any subdirectories under them and make sure they are set to 777

Please post the exact error here setting permissions does not work.

found a few that were chmod 755 changed to 777

No in the member galleries some members that had a my gallery are not showing up but in there post on VB3 they are posting img tags from our gallery

Okay and when you translate that file from data path and follow it back to its cat who owns the image?

Remember a user can post an image with the img tag that is someone else's image so you need to verify the image they are posting is truly theirs.
