Ok tnx but when I press "click to proceed" it gives me:

Preparing to update usergroups...
Performing MySQL command: DELETE FROM PPusergroups ... Successful!
Performing MySQL command: INSERT INTO PPusergroups VALUES (6,'Administrator',1,1,1,1,'','',1,1,1,0,0); ... Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '; ' at line 1

Then in the admin panel it states:

You are not a valid administrator or moderator!

try this one as usual rename it to adminfix.php

I have the same problem now but the fix don't work for version 4.8d
Is there a other suggestion?
Also i get a error when i log in:

Looks like you have file permission problems (or ownership problems). I'd fix those first by checking your file permissions and ownerships.
