Found a bug when I upload another picture.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagegif() in /home/coolteen/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 113

Remove .gif's from your allowed file formats (admin panel).

It's not a bug, just your server cannot handle gif's.

Your using GD which does not process gif images
