Upgrading to 4.8 error

I uploaded all the new files (except for the config-inc.php/install.php) I go to upgrade.php and i get the following..

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Nothing works.... When i visit the main gallery i get

Any ideas?

Yes you did not follow the upgrade instructions in the documentation folder in the file changedfiles.txt

It specifically states to copy the needed upgrades to the main photopost directory and run them. You can not run them in the upgrades directory
