No Full Admin Panel after 4.8c install

I made a fresh install of PhotoPost 4.8c using the install.php wizard. I got no errors, warnings or notices. However, when I went to adm-index.php it didn't give me a complete list of the admin links on the left. All I have is:

* Statistics
* Approve / Bulk Actions
* Moderate Comments
* Back to User Index
* Logout

As you can see I didn't get the links for user categories, options, config, etc. I integrated it to VB3 using the wizard and I double checked the values on the config file and the values in the database settings table. When I login as the user I used to install Vb3, user id #1, I don't see anything. It used to work before I tried to update by reinstalling, but now the admin pages such as adm-editcfg.php tell me I have no permissions even though the user I am using is under usergroup 6 in the forum's user db.

The app is running on IIS 6, Windows 2003 with ImageMagic installed.

Anyone have any suggestions? Anything that I can do to fix this.

Thank you!

Agustin

Nevermind. I don't know how in the world I fixed it, but it's fixed. If this is a common problem, please post the solution for this incase i come up on it again later on down the road.

Thank you anyways.

Basically your usergroup import did not set cpanel access to 3 so the program let you in since it was not 0 but since it was not 1 it would not display the menu. This was VB3 right

Chuck,
Can you expand on how to resolve this problem? I installed a fresh copy of Photopost 4.8c this evening with vb3 and am seeing the same problem. Thanks

Using phpmyadmin view your photopost usergroups table and make sure the admin insert has a groupid value of 6 and make sure cpaccess is set to 1
