Help with Installation and Uploading Photos both as user and Admin

I am getting an error message whenever I try to up load a photo in admin here is the error message:Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

On a non admin user index page there is no upload link for them to upload a photo. I have cheked all the amin options and and admin usergroups as well as the categories to make sure they all allow for uploads and they are all checked as yes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running IM on a Windows machine eh? That's always fun...

Either you have the incorrect path to mogrify, or Mogrify does not have permissions to access files in the webspace.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Can you please post which folders need which permission. I'm running a windows 2kserver with IIS 5.
