Allow users to upload photos?

I have the "Allow user to upload photo's" saved as yes in edit options, but the upload photos link is not showing up for them, only for my admin account. How can I fix this?

Okay you need to edit the usergroup settings and allowing them to upload

Each usergroup has master settings.

refresh usergroups?

I went to the photopost usergroup editor, and the only usergroup listed was Administrators, which are allowed to upload photos.
What does "Refresh usergroups from your forum software" do?
Should I need to press this in order to get my registered users to upload?
Also, for some reason, I can't edit users anymore. I used to be able to do this from the admin panel.

Thanks

Lee you are not using an internal install anymore remember as you filled out a helpdesk ticket when you had issues switching to a VB3 integration

YES GO AHEAD AND REFRESH YOUR USERGROUPS

I have the same problem, but...when I click on "Edit Usergroups" I get the following:

"An appropriate representation of the requested resource /photos/adm-userg.php could not be found on this server"

Wow thats an odd error. Does everything else in the admin area work. Everything but the usergroup script?

Yes, everything.

Only admins and mods can upload photos, I searched here to find an answer and noticed that it was giving me that error. Ignore my email to you since I posted here.

Thanks.
