Broken Full Size Images
Got the latest version installed. Thumbnails work fine... however when i click to see the large image... its broke... :-( what did i do wrong now?

Your trying to use On the Fly watermarks and do not have it set up correctly
In your config turn off on the fly watermarking or open the watermark.php file and fill in the proper information.

what do we modify in the watermark.php file? I can not find anything that we should modify..

There is nothing to modify in watermark.php
Your simply need to have the correct url to the watermark if using one otherwise everything is automatic
