photopost.sql is missing?

I messed up my databases, so I wiped everything out, reuploaded all the files from the zip and did a fresh install.

During the installation, step 3 I think, I get this error:

"photopost.sql is missing. Please restart with file in same directory as install.php"

I verified that the file was there and had the correct permission settings. Any ideas?

Found the culprit - I had already changed the header-inc.php file to integrate with vb3. I re-commented the lines, and the install worked. I guess the install script was looking in the wrong directory for photopost.sql because of the header-inc.php file.
