Missing Images/Uploads.

My host moved us to a new server last night but in the process some of images were lost from our database...

We are running 4.7i

you will see the x's. New images have been uploaded to the gallery but they are not showing in the most recent on the main page... those broken image links stay there and do not allow new images to be posted into the recent viewing on the main page of the gallery.... help! Thanks!

also the other thing with this that is happening for me is that if I go to the link above... I get the broken image thumbnails, but then if I click on the "home" link for gallery - it shows properly.

Just a few other notes... after checking the database in phpAdmin it's apparent other layouts/photos are missing from during this move... and need to be restored as well - is there a way to do this... they are totally there... just not showing on the site and the thumbnails for recent are stuck on broken images.

Okay well your problem is this


You you need to reset your paths urls in the settings table.

Your photopost is set to scrapbookbytes and your new url is sbbytes.com

well here is the thing too - in the database the mass amount of images that are missing in member galleries are in the database - not showingn at all on the site, and in the same category - how would I restore these?

Well first lets take care of the obvious problem and then go from there. The images do not show on sbbytes.com because all your paths and urls are wrong and point to the other site so its hard to know what is and isnt there.

To make sure you photos are on the new server you can FTP to your old server and backup your data directory and then as a precaution upload it to your new server so you are assured they are all there.

I have got my Problem solved. Wish we had option to delte our own reply when this happens.
