Registered user's can't upload

I have a photopost & vb2 integration. I updated my vb software to 2.3.4 last week and now registered users do not have the upload link showing.

I've tried resetting permissions along with 'refreshing user groups from database' and then resetting them again to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you edited the usergroup settings and allowed registered users the ability to upload?

Yep, multiple times tried setting it to no, refreshing users group, set to yes, then refresh.

The only way I can get the 'upload' link to show up for registered users is to give them 'admin' rights. Very strange.

I'd be willing to pm someone an admin login and a registered user login to check this out...
