Question about URL in photo descriptions

When I was uploading a photo, I tried adding a URL in the description area of the photo but it wouldn't allow the photo to process. When I hit the upload/submit button I got an error "page not found" - is there a way to add in URLs to the description area of the photo - for example do I add a code around it?

I have to see what your doing I seem to be able to post a url in a photo.

All I did was type my description and then copy and paste a url directly after it - I didn't add any kind of code before or after the URL.
