Members Gallery
1) Is there a way to search for images that only belong to "members galleries"?

2) Is there a way to stop users from only putting images in their own galleries?

I would like for images to always belong to a set gallery.

1. Sure on search highlight under the categories select box members gallery

2. You would need to remove upload permissions under admin edit categories for the members gallery.
