Not sure what your saying what do you mean upload button.
If your using vb4 then the upload link is in the vb submenu in the new navigation manager. The documentation states you need to redo the plugins in both 8.1 and 8.2
I would suspect if you do not see all the proper links then the xml product has not been updated as well as files.
You can place links here if you want me to comment further.

My programmer says he cannot do that because we are not using the navigation manager in VB4 and neither are most people running VB4.
So he started adding custom breadcrumbs to the gallery home page and gallery photo pages, however was not able to put it in the same place for both areas. So he put the links in the white box at top, flush left of the search box. Then put them in the green bar at top on the photo page, so we had 2 different looking breadcrumbs, not very nice to look at from a design point of view and a bit confusing for some in a navigational way. We are a high traffic site and need everything to be unison, providing ease of use for our members.
We then realized there were no breadcrumbs at top of the gallery category pages and are going to have to add them in there as well.
My questions is, how can we put these breadcrumbs in the top green bar of all pages gallery wide, from just one simple template file? Is this possible?
Links emailed to you for privacy, as requested.
Thank you.

I would say 98 percent out of 100 use the use the proper navigation. In all the years since vb4 has come out I have maybe seen this issue 3 times and there are alot more than 100 users using vb4 and photopost. I have worked on many vb4 sites as well alot more than most people. You see this issue when people purchase and use incompatible styles from people who make them who do not code to the proper vbulletin technical specifications.
if you do not want to use the proper vbulletin coding that is hardly something we support or assist with. We code our application to work with vbulletin as they release it.
My only suggestion would be possibly install into your vb4 enhanced template directory and old style menubar template contents like so. Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Chuck,
We're not talking about the header / navigation area. I'm talking about the links inside of Photopost. Have a look at this snapshot here: Screen Shot 2012-10-25 at 3.27.15 PM.png
We didn't customize anything in that area initially, but we noticed the links were missing. SO what we did do after we noticed the links were missing is edited one of the templates and dropped them in place.
What we we're trying to achieve is this: Screen Shot 2012-10-25 at 3.31.59 PM.png
The links are missing in our version, compare the snapshots. Please let us know a fix.
Thank you

Whatever snapshot your first one shows has nothing to do with the base PhotoPost code as there have never been links where your snapshots show. That has never been part of our code that has to be something custom you or your guy did.
Your second images shows the menubar template which is basically what I posted above that is the standard menubar in the old style photopost which in vb4 shows in the sub navbar of vb.
There would be no fix to what your asking because there is not a bug here.
In PhotoPost with vb4 the menu links are in the vb4 navbar. I stated that if you did not like them there you could also enable the old style menubar by making your menubar template what I posted above.
We do not offer coding assistance for mods/hacks if your asking me how to make things like your first image in your post. Your guy the one who did that hack would have to reapply any mods he did before you upgraded.

Do you have anyone credible you recommend to do custom work, making Photopost co-exist and flow with VBulletin better than what you support?

Why not have your guy do whatever he did before. it looks to me like all he did was put the $menu2 and $menu variables into the cathead template but thats just a guess.
The point I am making it does not matter whether you ask vbulletin or our company we do not assist you in altering the default code. We support the code we write as it is released.
The best flow when integrating with vbulletin would be to use the vbulletin navigation system which we indeed do.

Because he doesn't like working on Photopost in particular, just like my systems admin and every other programmer I've ever hired in the last decade or more that we have been using your plugin. It would be nice to work with a programmer who doesn't mind working on your software, to help us tweak it the way we want it. Does that make sense?
I've got a page worth of edits I've been trying to get done for 6 months, however they all keep procrastinating because they don't want to work on it. What can I do, can you please refer me to someone?
We're not trying to rework your code, just make it look nicer in our design and better functionality/navigation for our members. Quote: |

| I've heard conflicting stories on this, everyone else tells me they don't like using that nav and that you are actually the one who is misinformed. I'll keep digging for more sources to back this up though, as I'm just repeating what is being told to me by VB industry programmers. Can you please show me some working VB sites with Photopost, using the vBulletin navigation system? Quote: |

maybe try rent a coder.
I use the default vb navigation that how is how vbulletin is setup. The point I am making here is really talking custom coding. Your welcome to your opinions of the vb nav system I am sure people have lots of opinions but that does not change the reality of the company viewpoint.
Companies do not assist with code modifications. I do not have any information to assist you in that regard. I stay out of code mod stuff. I do not follow vbulletin.org or know any hackers.
I am kept busy enough actually dealing with the default applications.

If you find someone to refer out, you can make a lot of commissions on the side, while helping your clients get what they want out of your product. WIN/WIN |
