You must follow the upgrade instructions in the documentations folder of the code basically.
Your talking about multiple different upgrade types as your dealing with 3 different releases since yours. If you read through the changelog text file which is in the documentations folder of the downloaded code.
Basically your safest course of action is the upgrade instructons.
1. Upload all files except the config files.
2. Run the upgrade script and select the upgrades from yours forward.
3. If your using vb4 regenerate your vb4 plugins and reinstall them.
That should cover upgrading across multiple version releases.
