Generate vBulletin Plugin XML. Error

When I try to generate the plugin, I see this error on the "Use the box below to generate the vbulletin plugin xml file." box:

Thats easy

For one you have already installed the vbulletin xml after you did your install.

Second you get the error because the files can not be located and thats correct because remember you deleted or renamed your install directory right thus the files do not exist as your error is telling you.
