WYSIWYG doesn´t appear on comments

The option to "enable the vB3 WYSIWYG control in Post Comments" is on, but I don´t see the editor on the comments box...only the box with no button.

What is wrong?

There is no WYSIWYG on the quick reply

if you hit post a comment you will see it.

Thanks, I see the editor, but the comment box is not using all the empty space at the right.

The username also is align to the comment box position and not after the "Your Username" text
