New User Upload/Comment issue
 

OK... New Registered users are not able to Upload or Comment, however, existing users ARE still able to Upload & Comment.

I've created a user and have changed his Usergroup within VBulletin to a known Group that existing users can Upload & Comment but the recently registered user is not able to view those options.

Oddly enough if I update Unregistered usergroup to Allow Uploads & Allow Comments LOGGED OFF users are able to view and perform those tasks.

In the UserGroup Editor all Usergroups are set correctly

Thanks for any insight on what to trouble shoot more.

Are you sure your connecting to the proper vbulletin database?

That is what sounds to me what your issue might be if new users are not recognized.

Check that the vb database in your photopost config is the same as the one in your vb config file.
