PP 8.1 upgrade

I just upgraded to v. 8.1.. and now when I go to a gallery, I don't have an upload photo option.

It also shows the photo info on the right in a sidebar, is it possible to move it back to the bottom?

Cookies cleared, changes tried, but neither seemed to work.

Any suggestions?

No you can not move things around. You would need to edit templates which would be a mod.

As far as upload photo not showing are you logged in?

If you read the upgrade instructions upload all the files and perform steps outlined in the documenation there should be no issues.

I would need a test login and url to comment further.
