Hide who photo was uploaded by during voting

Is it possible to hide who uploaded the photo when voting is enabled so people don't lean their votes towards someone they know that uploaded the photo?

But then after voting is over, show who uploaded what.

There is no option in the program for such that would have to be something you add in.

And the opposite, hidding the people who has voted?

I had to disable voting until I find a solution for this

If your not trying to show who uploaded a photo ever when viewing a gallery try removing the user variable in showgallery template I suppose. Your free to modify the code to suit you although no direct support for such a thing.

and to hide the voters, there is a variable for this?

I understand that I need to remove something there (showallery.tmpl)

Have you tried setting your category display to thumbnail only be default?

Wich effect has this?, the images don't show who has voted and I can show the image when I select it?

We are a small group, and identifiing voters to other people has caused some problems, and then I have removed the voting options, this has caused a loss of interest in the competition.....

I really do not know what your asking. Voters are not shown anywhere on a photo. Your free to modify anything you wish but we do not assist in helping you alter our coding from its default state.

Excuse me, in v8.01 voters are not shown (in 7 yes and my experience was form before the update) so, hiding the value with your advised change to Thumbnail only layout has cured the problem.

Photopost has always shown who uploaded a photo on the showgallery page. There has been a setting to display the gallery view in like 4 different formats thumbnail,thumbnail with title,gallery and puzzle view for like 4 years or so.

You keep on talking about us showing a list of voters on a photo which has never been in the software and is probally the confusion your having with the answer.
