| Lightbox not working
It used to work fine but it stopped working. When you click on an image, it opens the full image in the next page (not a seperate popup window).
All settings appear to be right:
Use lightbox integration? Yes
Width to trigger lightbox integration (if enabled)? 1280
Height to trigger lightbox integration (if enabled)? 1024
Save and display medium and large images? Yes
I recently re-uploaded all the files from the latest PP 8 Gold version (was running a RC) but I am (almost) sure lightbox was working fine after that.
I was looking at this thread but couldn't reply there: http://www.photopost.com/forum/photo...t-working.html |

Nothing I can think of. Haven't made any changes recently besides re-uploading the latest PP files.

Found the problem. My error..
I had to update the relative paths for the Close and Loading images in the lightbox. js file again after uploading the new files and there was a typo. vvar fileLoadingImage = "http://saabworld.net/gallery/images/loading.gif";
var fileBottomNavCloseImage = "http://saabworld.net/gallery/images/closelabel.gif";
All is good again. Thanks for checking. As soon as you mentioned Java, the little lightbulb turned on above my head. |

Hello
I have the same Problem.
After upgrading to the latest PP8.11 Lightbox stopped working.
I can`t find this two Code Lines for the Images in my lightbox. js ?
Did you change the Code ?
Settings in AdminCP did not change after Upgrade.
Any Idea ??? Check my Site here.

The lines are there although different. I would have to see your issue as lightbox does work.

Sorry, this (older?) . js File does also not work.
It took now serveral hours for testing: I`m fed off with this Crap..
For me as Costumer it`s not possible to understand why a Feature like Lightbox isn`t working anymore after an simple Software Update.
Chuck, you may say that you are not supporting such Third-Party-Things like Lightbox: Then it might be better to keep it totally out of your Software !
Little angry, but best regards!
Michael

You need to make sure you download the latest software and upload all the files except the 2 config files and follow any upgrade steps depending on what version you are actually running.
We released 8.12 PhotoPost Pro 8.12 Released 8-6-2012
