Category Thumbnails are larger after vbulletin upgrade

After upgrading to vBulletin's 4.1.10 my category thumbnails are larger and not showing properly. Any suggestions?

You can search pp-inc.php and make sure the code is this do a search for forumicon

Code matches exactly to what I have. I even went and disabled any mods I added and also temporarily took off any additional .css I had but it still shows as it does. Any thoughts?

Same problem. Can we solve this with PP7.10 & VB4.1.10 ?

There will not be a fix for 7.1 as if I was to backtrack any issues it might take a week or so to investigate. PP8 will be released GOLD by then.
