Not too sure what you mean there by emailing pics. Our product is a photo gallery which means users view the pictures in the gallery.
Again with your second question not too sure what you mean exactly as its a little vague. I can tell you that any image you post in a forum post would always be an attachment as a forum post is not an image gallery that is how the forum post works. Using our gallery you can enable the ubbcode setting to show the linked ubbcode where you can post that code the linked thumbnail or medium and the photo will show as an attachment and if you click it it will go to the photo example see this photo

I can use the linked mediuml code and input it in my post here it will show up and be a clickable link. You can also use the thumbnail code either one.
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Now if your using vbulletin like we do here there is a vbulletin mod you can do to
vb to add an add photo option to show photos from photopost into the
vb posting interface and does much the same as I just did above except you can do it all by selecting through the thumbnails that you have uploaded. That mod is on vbulletin.org
Photo Popup - Insert pictures easily from vB Albums, Photopost, vBGallery, Photoplog - vBulletin.org Forum
I hope that clarifies the issue some as that is what I know about posting interfaces on a forum.
