Hi
It is not possible to write comments.
When you click in the comment box, nothing happens.
In the settings comments are allowed.

Please provide enough information so that we may assist you. I am unaware of any issues and can place comments with our software so we would need to see your site.

I can vote the picture but without comment.
And when i click just on send, the comment will send and then you can see this:

well I would assume your templates and files are not current to support the latest vb4
I took a quick look and indeed you do have some older templating.

I guess your not quite understanding me here. I am not telling you to update vbulletin. I am suggesting your actually download Photopost and upgrade our files. You are using older photopost files with newer vb versions.

Yep not a problem. Just download the build from the members area and upload everything except the 2 config files and install.php and upgrade.php. I take it your running the 7 series since your site is operational so no upgrade to run just updating of files.

Good morning ( from Germany )
My comment field shows a {ppcode} . I can delete it and send comments. But this {ppcode} shows on each comment field. VB 4.1.8 & PP 7.1
Edit :
oh , now I see the same problem HERE. Will try your solution.

Never mind. I need to rebuild the XML file which is still looking at the old directory.

That is interesting how are you entering a comment? we do not use the vb editors at all anymore. Everything is the tinymce editor. http://www.reeftalk.com/classifieds/...t-auction.html
ppcode is some variable left over from older vb editor templating.
You can send site data to us to look at your site. You are using 5.23 not 5.2 right? I am basing my posts off our latest code.

Yep, 5.23 I downloaded this morning. Redid the VB plug in with the right directory and still showing the ppcode. Where do I send the creds to log in?

Just an FYI it has been three and a half hours and I am not seeing any emails to us in our helpdesk. Any helpdesk email is also copied to my personal gmail account and am not seeing anything there either so something did not go through.
