| trying to install tags to measure usage of website - script or condition
Hi,
I am trying to install some tags to measure the usage of our website.
Now I have to put different tags to different parts of the site and I don't know how to tell the server which tag to use for photopost and classifieds.
I know that I can use something like script == 'index' or condition = $forumid=123 for the vbulletin part, but is there a way for pp and classifieds?
Thanks as always for any hint. |

Thanks, but the script for the classifieds is PP_Classifieds or something like that? |

yeah the named are defined at the top of the pp-inc.php file. You posted in the Pro support forum not classifieds so my answer was based for Pro. |

Sorry, maybe I shouldn't ask, when I am that tired.
The gallery has different categories, let's say
../showgallery.p/showgallery.php/cat/509 and ../showgallery.php/cat/677
Now cat-509 should get one tag-509 and cat-677 should get tag-677.
In vb I can do this with forums and the $forumid, so I tried $cat for this in Photopost, but it didn't work and a deep non understanding look into index.php showed me, that I am not very good at php ... |

Whatever variable you do depends on where and what your doing. For example the variable $cat would be valid but only on the showgallery.php script where it is defined. Do you understand what I mean.
If your trying to write a hack your mission would be to find whatever variable your trying to use in the actual script your on or define a variable depending.

Yeah well I try and help but I do not read minds I would not know what type of hack or etc your doing so any answer you get from me is going to be pretty generic in nature. Like I said the variable your referring to is only correct on that script nowhere else.
