Question Facebook Connect

We are having problems with new users that sign up via Facebook.
Since I approve every single member manually, no one is allowed to post messages or upload photos until I approve them.
But it seems if someone creates an account via Facebook, even though they are not approved, they are allowed to do anything that a full membership is allowed to do.

I can't disable options for Facebook users since we have many who have been members in the past now user their Facebook account to connect.

There has to be a way to prevent this. Plus I have it set that no one can upload more than 2 images per day. The new users via Facebook seem to be able to upload as many as they want. I'm just afraid that while I am gone for a few days doing art festivals that I could have some questionable work uploaded as in nudity to the site when I am not around. We are a family friendly website and all members already know what they can and can't upload. Its the new users with the possibility of spammers that I worry about

I just doubled checked and my user group Facebook is only allowed 2 uploads per day, so the system seems to not be working?

my other question relating to this.
My system is set that
(COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation upload limit is "0"
according to the rules of your software (0 means 'unlimited')
which makes no sense because why would I set a non approved member or even a banned member to upload 1 per day?

Photopost does not use facebook connect. We integrate with the applications we list on our site here.

If your referring to vbulletin and there facebook connect. I can not tell you how they do that. I can tell you though that we will assign permissions based on what usergroup vbulletin tells us they are so if say for instance you have it set that regular vbulletin registered users can upload to photopost and vbulletin assigns say all successful facebook connect users to say usergroup 2 which is the vbulletin registered usergroup then yes they should rightly be able to upload. We assign permissions off the usergroups that the user belongs to in vbulletin and you assign permissions in edit usergroups in the pp admin thus you would have to have uploads set to yes.

Likewise if we are discussing multiple usergroups if one of the usergroups they belong to has 0 as the restriction on the number of images allowed per day then there is no limit.

The only way permissions would be absolute on any one single usergroup is if they only belong to that usergroup and no additional usergroups.

well thats my problem, I have all the Photopost user groups set to only upload 2 unless they are donating members then they have more. So this means anyone who signs up via Facebook will have full access even if they are still listed as Users Awaiting Moderation?

How can I set it that a user group can't upload photos? 1 means 1 and I don't want new users to even upload 1 until I approve them even if it has nothing to do with Facebook connect.
Do I put -1 instead of 0 ?

Well you need to investigate your issue.

In Photopost => edit usergroups you set which usergroups can upload photos and also which groups have a daily upload limit. That means per day limit.

Now as stated if say user xxx belongs to say multiple usergroups the best possible permissions are applied. So what usergroups does that user belong to. If they can upload and upload more than 2 photos a day they have to belong to a usergroup that allows that.
